This hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of Bom Retiro, making it really convenient to reach important attractions and situated right next to Luz Park and the historic 19th-century Luz Station.

Huge twin room with tub. Location - particularly good and magnificent, close enough to Pinacoteca and wonderful Museu da Lingua Portuguesa as well as São Paulo. Also, in Korea Town.

Great central spot! There’s a restaurant just a 10-minute walk away, and you're close to the heart of Bom Retiro. It was quite peaceful during my stay, and having a private bathroom was a nice touch. 😊.

The bed was GOOD, and the room itself was large.

This hotel is good for people who will stay for one or two nights in sao paulo as transit as the price is not bad

Everything was excellent, with fantastic views of the park and a prime central location right by the Pinacoteca.

lack of ability to respond quickly to complaints -like the toilet being blocked up and not unblocked before we left. also room was not made up till very late each day and we had to request it

Reasonably spacious rooms, perfect views over the park which was situated right next to the Hotel. Good services, spacious bathroom. Location right by which doubles as a modern subway stop and terminal to Guarhulos Airport.

The room I booked was kept at the perfect temperature and had a perfect view of Sao Paulo over the Luz Park. the location was good and excellent, just a 5-minute walk from an established museum. - It was close to the old train station, which also serves as a modern subway stop, Pinacoteca, the wonderful Museu da Língua Portuguesa, and a variety of restaurants.

Absolutely good value for the money. Spotlessly clean, quiet rooms, access to wonderful park across the street, close to subway and train station with short travel to the center of Sao Paolo. Friendly staff, high level of helpfulness. Swimming pool small but nice to have when being in the city, and not too many people took advantage of the 2 sun beads on the roof. Marvellous view of the city. Good breakfast buffet included in the price.

Some difficulties in using English at the hotel. Very slow service in the restaurant, but then again, there are so many good restaurants in the city that you don't need to eat in the hotel.

Spacious room

They charge you for Sauna. Telephone calls are very expensive (to local numbers: u$0.80 For 2 min. 0.60 per min. To local cell numbers). Must buy a prepaid sim card rs 10 + rs12 for minutes. Swimming pool is 5 meter long (big bath tub). Quality of breakfast is about average.
